  1. All standard deliveries are dispatched within 2 business days from the order date and will be delivered within 10 working days after successfully placing the order.
  2. Only Orders above $500 are eligible for Standard FREE delivery.
  3. Made to Sample orders will be dispatched after 10-15 days from the confirmation date of the received sample.
  4. All Cricket Pro Gear orders will be delivered in a box or bag and your Cricket Pro Gear products will be wrapped and packaged to ensure the safe arrival at your doorstep.Please be aware that this delivery method is for USA addresses only and requires a signature upon delivery. All delivery timescales are subject to delays caused by seasonal or busy periods, weather and other unforeseen circumstances, though we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time.
RETURNS:Cricket Pro Gear shall not replace sports items due to the nature of products and sports clothing for hygiene purposes unless it is returned for reasons mentioned below:
  1. Receive damaged / defective product
  2. Receive product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order
  3. Product was purchased within last 7 days
  4. Product is in its original packaging
  5. Product isn’t used or damaged
  6. Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Cricket Pro Gear.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
